My name is Stacy Daxe. I'm a former attorney turned stay at home mom with a passion for baking and cooking. When my first child turned one, I wanted to make an extra special birthday celebration for him. So, I set out to teach myself how to decorate fabulous cookies and how to bake a cake that not only looked pretty, but tasted great. The cake and cookies were huge hits and my newest hobby was born! My themed cakes and cookie favors became a tradition for every birthday party and I had friends calling me before the party just to make sure I was baking cookies for them to take home. After numerous requests, I've turned my long-time hobby into a business. All of the items you see on my website are custom designed and created entirely by me. I don't have kitchen staffers following bulk recipes and frosting according to a corporate manual. I will personally make what you want.
